- Picks up refuse cans from houses or business establishments and dump into trucks and operates packer equipment

- Directs traffic and guides truck operator in congested areas

Physical Requirements: Continuous heavy manual work at a rapid pace. Requires moderate physical effort working regularly with light weight materials and occasionally with heavy weight materials (over 75 pounds) including but not limited to walking, talking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting, hoisted, pushing, and pulling.
