The Finance Department with the City of Springfield is looking for our next Print Shop Assistant Operator.
What you'll do:
- Produces printed materials;
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mail;
- Maintains records for billing and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with large and small groups of people
- Strong customer service skills

Experience, Education, and Training
- Two years of general office experience and one year experience in print shop operations;
- Related college or vocational education may be substituted for some of the experience requirement.
- Experience with data entry; and experience with Microsoft Office software; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
Licensing/Certification
- None required.
