ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected.
- Mow grass.
- Trim trees.
- Clean restroom facilities.
- Unload tables, benches and chairs as requested.
- Remove trash from designated park areas.
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY
- Working knowledge of City or County Government a plus.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a general laborer.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid Driver's License.
EQUIPMENT
Pickup truck, weed eater, hand mower, hand blower, riding mower, 2-way radio, and miscellaneous hand tools.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work will be performed outside. Noise levels can be quiet to moderately loud. Employee will work in various weather conditions which will include extreme hot or cold conditions.
