We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member to assist in maintaining the overall appearance, playability, and health of our golf course. This role works under the supervision of the Director of Agronomy and is responsible for daily course upkeep, landscaping, and grounds maintenance to ensure exceptional playing conditions for members and guests. This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain. Work typically begins early in the morning to prepare the course for daily play.
Key Responsibilities

Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areas.

Operate and maintain maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility vehicles, etc.).

Rake bunkers and repair divots and ball marks.

Assist with irrigation system operation, repair, and monitoring.

Perform landscaping duties including trimming, edging, planting, and debris removal.

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf treatments as directed (if certified).

Monitor course conditions and report any issues to supervisors.

Follow all safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines.

Assist with special projects and course improvements as needed.
