RATE OF PAY: $17 - $18 per hour
SCHEDULE: M-F 6:30am - 2:30pm
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs the mowing and maintenance of City owned properties as well as lots that are cited by Code Enforcement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected: · Responsible for mowing, trimming, trash removal, and brush removal on Code lots, City Lots and City Cemeteries · Operating digital camera, taking pictures after cutting the property, as well as filling out daily paperwork. · Related Park maintenance duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner.
- Valid Driver’s license required.
EQUIPMENT: Riding Mower, push mower, weed trimmer, blower, truck, trailer, and digital camera, iPhone, tablet, portable radio.
