General Definition of Work
The Dishwashers’ primary objective is to provide a clean safe kitchen area for the benefit of the staff and guests. Must understand the importance of properly washed and cleaned tableware, pots and pans, and cooking equipment. Must keep the dish room and kitchen clean and sanitized during the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department and assist with related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the supervision of the Chef, Assistant Chef or Kitchen Manager.
