The Portland International Jetport is on the lookout for an Airport Maintenance Manager who is driven, dynamic, and ready to lead a talented team. As the Airport Maintenance Manager, you’ll supervise a high-performing crew including two Maintenance Supervisors, two Airfield Electricians, and 12 skilled maintenance workers. This key leadership role reports directly to the Deputy Director of Operations and Maintenance, offering you a chance to make a lasting impact at one of the most forward-thinking airports in the region. What We’re Looking For:

• A strong leader with proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and team development.
• Experience in airport snow removal, maintenance, and construction.
• Proactive, forward-thinking problem solver who embraces change and fosters a positive work culture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle the fast-paced, ever-changing airport environment.
• TSA Criminal Background clearance (TSR Part 1542) to obtain an airport security badge is required.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a non-union position (Grade C45) - Starting salary range $83,941 -$106,352
