The City of Plano is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn data into actionable insights that strengthen city operations, transparency, and community services. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a central role in supporting city departments by designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that inform data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and manage the City’s enterprise reporting and analytics environment, including Tableau Desktop and Server, and integration with other enterprise systems. In this role, you’ll help maintain the reliability, performance, and usability of our BI infrastructure while enhancing the City’s ability to provide transparent, data-informed services to the public.
