Description
Responsible for overseeing evening and weekend rentals and reports to the Senior Center Coordinator. The hours for this position at the Senior Center vary from 4:30pm – 9:30pm, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 10:00pm Saturday, and 1:00pm – 6:00pm Sunday. Candidate would typically work a 4-hour shift; however, hours may vary based on the needs of the facility. Monthly hours will range from 12 hours - 30 hours per month.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.

- Open and close the building for scheduled rentals
- Greet guests as they enter the building and provide friendly customer service
- Answer phone calls and routine questions; monitor rentals
- Reset the rooms for events & programs for the following day
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with others
