- Maintains compliance with all cooking and cleaning hygiene requirements for food service.
- Responsible for cooking food, preparing beverages, for daily operations and special events.
- Responsible for operation of beverage cart.
- Assist with restocking food and beverage storage areas.
- Assists with cleanliness of food and beverage areas and equipment.
- Responsible for POS transactions along with opening and closing procedures.
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with others.
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Must be 21 years or older.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required plus two years related experience and/or training.
- Cooking experience preferred.
- Serve Safe Certification required.
- Valid Alabama Driver's License required.
