What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Budget Analyst position at City of North Richland Hills, Texas?
The purpose of this position is to perform fully proficient professional work in the areas of operating and capital budget development, implementation, and monitoring. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of the annual operating and capital budgets, multi-year financial forecasts, and financial status reports. This position actively assists other departments in resolving budget-related implementation issues, including but not limited to resolving system configuration problems, performing account research and forming associated recommendations, and coordinating implementation of budget changes as assigned. This position functions as a team leader which can include limited supervision of other employees.

What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field with two years of related work experience, preferably within a local government finance environment is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in one of these fields may be substituted for the above requirement if the candidate has a minimum of four years of related work experience, preferably within a local government finance environment.
- Valid Texas Class C Driver License.
