What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budget Analyst position at City of North Richland Hills, Texas?
The purpose of this position is to perform professional level support and services to the Budget department. This is accomplished by preparing and presenting the City’s operating budget, monitoring revenues and expenditures for assigned departments, and researching and analyzing data on a monthly and quarterly basis. Other responsibilities include preparing periodic and ad hoc reports. This position does not provide direction to other employees.

What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field with related work experience, preferably within a local government finance environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in one of these fields may be substituted for the above requirement if the candidate has a minimum of two years of related work experience, preferably within a local government finance environment.
- Valid Texas Class C Driver License.
