What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Worker position at City of North Richland Hills, Texas?
The purpose of this position is to maintain the appearance and safety of City facilities. This is accomplished by sanitizing restrooms, collecting and removing trash and recyclable materials and maintaining the interior and exterior of facilities. Other duties include maintaining the Recreations Center’s various floors, through daily, weekly and monthly required maintenance. Assist in keeping inventory and ordering janitorial supplies. Perform routine repairs as necessary. This position does not provide direction to other employees.

What We're Looking For
· High School Diploma or Equivalency.
· One year experience in janitorial work, building maintenance, or related field.
· Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.
