Parks Laborer – Part-Time
The City of Mountain Home Parks and Recreation Department is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for part-time and seasonal Laborer positions. This position performs general maintenance and manual labor to help keep City parks, facilities, the pool, and sports fields clean, safe, and attractive.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing, weed-eating, landscaping, and grounds maintenance
- Cleaning restrooms, pavilions, equipment, and other park facilities
- Collecting trash
- Maintaining trees, shrubs, planting beds, and trails
- Assisting with pool and youth center maintenance
- Helping set up park events
- Performing basic maintenance, carpentry, and construction tasks
Applicants must be able to follow instructions, work effectively as part of a team, perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions, and work weekends, evenings, or irregular schedules as needed. A valid driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
