The purpose of this position is to lead the planning, development, and execution of the City of McAllen's digital communications, social media strategy, multimedia messaging, and citywide public information initiatives. This position serves as a steward for internal and external audiences and is responsible for coordinating communications across all City departments to ensure brand consistency.
