Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to develop and implement programs and activities.
- Ability to assign and review the work activities of part time workers.
- Ability to develop and maintain event schedules.
- Ability to collect revenue and keep accurate records for the summer program.
- Ability to conduct interviews with applicants for the summer program.
- Must be a college graduate.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License.
- Must have at least four (4) years of paid experience (full-time or part-time) working with children.
- Must have at least four (4) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
