What You’ll Do
As our Aquatics Activity Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of everything happening in and around the pool. Your work will include:
- Designing and launching new aquatic programs and activities
- Coordinating classes and working closely with instructors
- Supervising on-site programs and ensuring safety is always top priority
- Leading safety drills and supporting lifeguard training
- Creating engaging promotional content for social media, flyers, and more
- Providing excellent customer service to patrons and families
- Jumping in as a lifeguard or instructor when needed
- Supporting hiring, scheduling, and supervising part-time staff
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-balanced pool environment

What We’re Looking For

Supervisory Responsibilities
You’ll provide functional and technical supervision to part-time and contract staff, helping them grow and succeed.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School or equivalent, graduate - Two years of increasing responsibility working in aquatics, or Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis on recreation, physical education, or related subjects - ARC Lifeguard; CPR First Aid Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) within six months of hire Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job
