FUNCTION: Assist residential and commercial customers with new and existing utility and Fusion services. Assist customers with transfers, disconnections, billing problems, and Fusion troubleshooting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Records, maintains, and files all utility and Fusion transactions.
  • Assist residential and commercial customers with new utility and Fusion services, transfers, and disconnections in person and on the phone.
  • Assists customers with billing inquiries.
  • Multi-tasking, able to work under stress, and ability to get along with other employees.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus some course work or computer training beyond high school.
  • 1-2 years’ related experience in office environment, preferably including some customer contact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Tyler Technology Incode software knowledge a plus.
Bi-lingual ability a plus.
