What are the responsibilities and job description for the GEUS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I position at CITY OF GREENVILLE?
FUNCTION: Assist residential and commercial customers with new and existing utility and Fusion services. Assist customers with transfers, disconnections, billing problems, and Fusion troubleshooting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Records, maintains, and files all utility and Fusion transactions.
- Assist residential and commercial customers with new utility and Fusion services, transfers, and disconnections in person and on the phone.
- Assists customers with billing inquiries.
- Multi-tasking, able to work under stress, and ability to get along with other employees.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus some course work or computer training beyond high school.
- 1-2 years’ related experience in office environment, preferably including some customer contact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Tyler Technology Incode software knowledge a plus.
- Bi-lingual ability a plus.
