ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, strip and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
- Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures and equipment; wash windows, mirrors and walls blinds and shutters; clean and polish metal fixtures.
- Clean desks, tables and counter tops; empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles; dispose of bio-hazardous materials.
- Clean and disinfect drinking fountains and restrooms; replenish and maintain restroom supplies.
- Move and arrange furniture and equipment.
- Open and secure assigned buildings and facilities.
- Organize and maintain storage rooms and equipment.
- Participate in a variety of light landscaping activities including shoveling snow, mowing grass and trimming shrubbery.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

From the time of closing, the selection process is anticipated to last 4 - 6 weeks. The process will consist of a panel interview with the selected candidate being subject to a pre-employment drug screen, 10 year criminal history records check in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration and driving history check.
