Duties & Responsibilities
Under administrative directions, performs administrative support services for the leadership team. This is a shared administrative support service and will assist multiple sections. This person is required to utilize their technical and organizational skills and perform at a high level as part of a dynamic team. Independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources and organize and maintain administrative processes.

- Responsibilities:
- Collect payroll documents and entering information into payroll system.
- Maintaining personnel files.
- Tracking benefit time requests and benefit balances.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, bid collection.
- Submit new hire paperwork for approval.
- Schedule and review physical results.
- Coordinate start dates with all city and department sections.
- Mail distribution.

The responsibilities below are expectations for each of the three (3) positions listed above.
- Maintain and update calendars, coordinate and arrange complex meetings, conference calls, webinars and events with internal and outside parties for leadership and assigned staff. Ensure all audio and visual equipment is functional prior to the start of every meeting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports for HR leadership and assigned staff.
- Receive and direct calls for the section as well as support all levels of leadership with clerical and administrative functions, as needed.
- Maintain and monitor departmental operational policies and procedures that enforce ordinances, uphold regulatory rules and guidelines, and protect life and property at DPC facilities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational information.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
