Supports the Chief of Customer Account Services in ensuring policies and procedures within Customer Account Services (CAS) are followed and updated as needed. Assists in ensuring processes and workflows are consistent, resources are allocated efficiently, and policies best serve our customers. - Prepares weekly and monthly reports
- Identifies gaps in processes
- Recommends process improvements, as well as procedural and technological enhancements
- Assists with special projects

- Five years of management experience

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
