Assistant Administrator- Customer Account Services
Under general direction, performs major daily and project/program based administrative duties. Recommends and administers divisional/departmental policies and procedures. Prepares regular and special reports related to divisional/departmental operations. Performs other job-related duties as required.Bachelor's Degree in Business/Public Relations or closely related field from a four-year accredited college or university required.  Two years of full-time paid experience in government or private industry office administration required.  (Substitution:  Two years of any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.)  Must be able to operate a personal computer with Microsoft Office Suites.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
  • Supports the Chief of Customer Account Services in ensuring policies and procedures within Customer Account Services (CAS) are followed and updated as needed.
  • Assists in ensuring processes and workflows are consistent, resources are allocated efficiently, and policies best serve our customers.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports 
  • Identifies gaps in processes
  • Recommends process improvements, as well as procedural and technological enhancements
  • Assists with special projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Works effectively as an individual and in a collaborative team environment

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
