\*Billing to outside owner \*Takes and responds to maintenance calls
\*Oversees the work orders on the CMMS (Computerized maintenance
management System) \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced computer skills. Very organized. Must be able to multitask in a
fast-paced environment. Must be able to communicate professionally with
staff, vendors and guests. The day consists Preferred: Same Experience
Required: Preferred: Negotiable Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: The
ability to work with other people effectively in a staff position is
important. Must have the ability to think creatively regarding solving
problems as they occur. Physical Requirements: Body Positions: Sitting,
