The Nursing Home Administrator responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating a passion for working with seniors
- Demonstrating effective communication skills
- Maintaining attention to detail in care and services
- Maintaining positive communication with residents, family members and staff
- Managing staff meetings, training and new hire orientations
- Implementing and follow all Oak Park Place policies
- Demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Managing conflicts and resolve complex problems
- Driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Working well independently and in a team environment
Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Current Wisconsin NHA license
