General Definition of Work
- Provides for quality food preparation and customer service to SportsPlex patrons.
Essential Functions
- Ensure that food/beverage/supply items are stocked, prepared and served in a timely, delicious, attractive and safe manner to the customer.
- Ensure that concession and food service areas are maintained in a manner that is consistent with food safety policies.
- Provide for efficient inventory needs for products and supplies.
- Keep the concession and food service areas clean and sanitary.
- Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently through proper data entry, cash collection and reporting.
- Communicate with manager/supervisor any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service/management desired.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Skill and experience in proper cash handling and accounting is required.
