The City of Billings is seeking a part-time Treatment Court Coordinator to contribute to the success of the Billings Adult Municipal Treatment Court by supporting the court's goals and assisting the team in delivering effective, coordinated services for participants. Will ensure program requirements are met through case management support, data collection, accurate documentation, and clear communication with participants, the treatment team, and partner agencies.
Salary Range: $22.3208 - $24.6499 per hour. Salary reflects Step 1 and Step 3 of a 7-step pay scale. Salary at hiring will be dependent upon applicant's education, experience, and training. This position is contingent on grant funding.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Applies cultural competency, addiction, alcoholism, and pharmacology knowledge to participant interactions.
- Assists with quarterly participant graduations and community donations.
- Assists with creating program documents.
- Assists with grant reporting.
- Assures timely dissemination of compliance information.
- Compiles program records.
- Conducts participant screenings (including jail screenings).
- Coordinates mentor and volunteer activities.
- Creates and maintains data collection systems.
- Creates dockets.
- Creates interagency linkages to address treatment court participants' needs.
- Develops working relationships with law enforcement.
- Ensures compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Enters and maintains data in the court's case management systems.
- Facilitates communication between the court and partner agencies.
- Maintains confidentiality of all treatment court team proceedings.
- Manages daily operations and filing systems.
- Manages court documents.
- Participates as a treatment court team member in operational and staffing meetings.
- Participates in cross-training.
- Prepares and distributes the monthly newsletter.
- Prepares reports for staff meetings.
- Provides direct support to participants.
- Reports on participant progress.
- Works within grant requirements and assists with grant reporting.
- Two-year degree in business or related field.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Strong writing, editing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Judicial or treatment program background preferred.
- Must be able to pass a State and Federal background check.
- Able to pay close attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
