The City of Billings is seeking energetic, patient, and motivated Tennis Instructors to provide a positive and engaging learning environment for children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about tennis and enjoy helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and a love for the game.
Pay: $14.50 -- $16.50 per hour (DOE).

- Monday through Thursday.
- Mornings: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Evenings: 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- First Session: June 8, 2026 - July 2, 2026
- Second Session: July 13, 2026 - August 14, 2026.
- Teach tennis fundamentals, basic skills, and rules of play.
- Create fun, safe, and educational tennis sessions for children.
- Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and confidence on the court.
- Serve as a positive role model for participants.
- Assist with setup, instruction, and on-court activities.
- Must meet minimum age requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Patient, motivating, and able to work effectively with children.
- At least one year of coaching and/or playing experience is preferred.
- Able to teach tennis fundamentals in an engaging manner.
- Willingness to become Net Generation Certified and attend required on-court training prior to first session.
- Provide excellent care and customer service to the public.
- CPR/First Aid American Red Cross Certification (training provided if necessary)
- Gain valuable coaching and leadership experience
- Make a positive impact on young athletes both on and off the court
