Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pool operations and facility management.
- Schedule, supervise, and support aquatic staff.
- Ensure pool safety standards and policies are enforced.
- Assist with mechanical operations and facility oversight.
- Serve as a point of contact for public relations and guest concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment.
- Work collaboratively with Aquatics staff and leadership.
- Provide excellent care and customer service to the public.
- Must meet minimum age requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and oversee pool operations.
- Commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Previous experience in swimming pool management preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided if needed).
- Gain valuable leadership and management experience.
- Play a key role in community aquatic safety.
