Pool Manager - Seasonal

The City of Billings is seeking six (6) seasonal Pool Managers to work closely with the Aquatics Coordinator to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Pay Rate: $17.00 -- $19.00 per hour (DOE).

Preferred Dates: May 26, 2026 - August 31, 2026.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations and facility management.
• Schedule, supervise, and support aquatic staff.
• Ensure pool safety standards and policies are enforced.
• Assist with mechanical operations and facility oversight.
• Serve as a point of contact for public relations and guest concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment.
• Work collaboratively with Aquatics staff and leadership.
• Provide excellent care and customer service to the public.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and oversee pool operations.
• Commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
• Previous experience in swimming pool management preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided if needed).
