- Calendar and Schedule Management: Maintaining and updating calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, interviews, conferences, and coordinating travel.
- Meeting Support: Providing administrative support for executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, taking minutes, and distributing documents.
- Financial Administration: Performing routine accounting functions such as reconciling transactions, processing invoices, and managing contracts.
- Department Operations Support: Acting as an HR liaison, handling phone calls, providing information, giving tours, and maintaining web pages.
- Communication: Communicating with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Document Processing and Record Keeping: Managing and processing various departmental documents, compiling data, and maintaining records.
- Office Technology: Operating a personal computer and office equipment, utilizing various software programs.
