Breakfast Attendant---M-F---5a to 11a

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for delivering a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast

experience for guests. This role ensures all food and beverage offerings are prepared, presented, and maintained

in accordance with Marriott brand standards and health regulations. Your attention to detail and service directly

contributes to guest satisfaction and overall hotel experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve breakfast in accordance with Marriott brand standards and food safety guidelines.
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and presented neatly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen, and storage spaces throughout the shift.
• Refill food and beverage items promptly and remove empty containers.
• Greet guests professionally and provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Complete and submit the Daily Breakfast Checklist through Quore.
• Follow checklist procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Conduct inventory checks and report low stock for reordering as directed.
• Monitor and record food temperatures, cleaning logs, and waste tracking accurately.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the General Manager immediately.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety regulations, including proper PPE usage.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE

• Provide a friendly, professional, and attentive guest experience.
• Respond to guest questions and requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast environment at all times.
• Support overall guest satisfaction through consistent service and presentation.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including uniform and name tag.
• Demonstrate a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Follow all company policies and workplace standards.
• No smoking or vaping during work hours or on property.

PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Submit all required checklists accurately and on time through Quore.
• Maintain consistency in food presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Participate in performance evaluations and feedback discussions.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
