Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle buses, passenger vans, limousines, and personal vehicles along designated local routes within airport zones and surrounding areas
- Assist passengers with luggage handling and provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the journey
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle inspections in compliance with company policies and state transportation regulations
- Follow GPS navigation systems to ensure efficient routing and timely arrivals at scheduled destinations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met and vehicles are in optimal condition
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding pick-up times, routes, or delays while maintaining a positive attitude
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, passenger vehicle regulations, and safety protocols during all driving activities
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, or chauffeur with a strong understanding of passenger vehicle operation
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning and real-time adjustments
- Experience in shuttle driving or medical transportation is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with luggage or cargo
- Knowledge of local driving routes along with adherence to state transportation regulations and traffic laws
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and coordination with team members
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are maintained
