Primary Responsibilities Include
- Deliver actionable insights by analyzing data and preparing reports that inform business strategies and operational decisions.
- Optimize processes within Corporate Shared Services to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate information flows to support compliance and performance tracking.
- Collaborate and build relationships cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and executing enhancements to workflows and systems.
- Contribute to strategic projects that drive transformation and operational excellence across multiple business functions.
- 1–2 years in an office, operations, or business support environment (internships or part-time roles acceptable)
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with data entry and reporting tools; willingness to learn Procurement systems (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn.
