This includes recorded security instruments, final title policies, and other trailing documents required for investor delivery and compliance.

The Home Mortgage Post Closing Final Document II reviewer is responsible for managing and ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, review, and scanning of final collateral documents after loan purchase. This includes recorded security instruments, final title policies, and other trailing documents required for investor delivery and compliance.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive, track, and process mail packages that contain post purchase final documents
- Review recorded security instruments, recorded assignments, recorded modifications, final title policies, correction affidavits, and other trailing documents to confirm each document meets GSE and Private Investor guidelines.
- Complete data entry of final documents received in company systems (including LOS)
- Create scan sheets for each final document in preparation for scanning
- Email communication with internal customers
- Meet daily production requirement of 105 documents and maintain high quality standards
- Process final doc reports, as needed
- Participate in team meetings regarding trends, training, and updates to procedures.
- Takes ownership of personal growth and actively pursues learning and development opportunities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with mortgage documents such as deeds of trust, mortgages, title policies, modifications, and assignments.
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to work outside normal business hours, if needed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Long periods of viewing data on a computer screen and/or paper are a necessity
- Ability to remain seated for extended amounts of time while working on a computer
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and achieve goals set by the department
- Must be able to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks requiring average mental dexterity
- Strong ability to focus on details in a production-based environment
- Ability to cope with the stress of a high production environment and meet stringent deadlines
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient and accurate data entry skills (50 WPM )
- Excellent time-management
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- 40 hours per week plus OT, as needed
- Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri
- Onsite 5 days per week (no remote option)
- No travel required
