As a Post Closing/Shipping Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of post-closing activities, including the delivery of loan files to investors and ensuring compliance with all requirements.

As a Post Closing/Shipping Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of post-closing activities, including the delivery of loan files to investors and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify closed loan files for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver loan files to investors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines.
- Resolve any post-closing issues or deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of post-closing activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Education
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Proficiency in post-closing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.
