Key Responsibilities:
- Develops short-term and long-term marketing and advertising strategies that will promote all service and products; develops and directs media advertising and sales literature directly or through advertising agencies and outside vendors.
- Manages and develops departmental budgets for reaching the financial institution’s marketing goals and objectives; ensures marketing goals and objectives aligned with institutional policies and procedures.
- Maintains professional contacts and keeps up with issues, trends, and developments within the financial industry.
- Tracks and reports on the status of marketing expense including return on investment.
- Develops, directs, and implements production and distribution of client announcements concerning new products and services; writes and edits all advertising copy and materials.
- Review product and services offered by the competition and ensures a positive competitive response by the financial institution; submits suggestions and changes to meet the market’s competitive challenge.
- Works with Community Relations Director to help develop and oversee social media platforms and content.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to three years of related marketing experience is required.
General hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
