Associate's degree preferred. Two years of experience in a financial setting is required, of which one must be in a supervisory role. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficient with computers and software programs including Word, and Excel.

Essential Functions
- Ensure the smooth operation of the department using good management practices.
- Process adjustments for TIB and customer accounts.
- Balance cash letter totals and ACH totals for TIB.
- Check Fed Statement for cash adjustment outages.
- Handle Canadian items submitted to TIB for collection.
- Complete deposit verifications from third party vendors.
- Complete SSI asset verifications.
- Process and document all incoming legal notices.
- Process all subpoenas received for account information.
- Handle all forgeries and altered payment cases.
- Reconcile GL's as assigned.
- Provide information for internal audits and exams as needed.
- Ensure reporting of unclaimed property is done timely.
- Perform ACH contingency and wire contingency tests annually.
- Set up bank employees with access to TIB TransCom & Gateway and Watch Dog Elite.
- Handle time approvals and complete performance reviews for all employees in the department.
- Assists with hiring, training, counseling, and discipline of assigned department personnel, referring complex situations to supervisor for final review
- Provides guidance to bank employees regarding bank policies, products, and services.
- Provides back up support to upper management as needed.
- Provide customer support, by answering inquiries, resolving problems referring complex situations to upper management.
- Back-up all other duties of the department as needed.
