Job Details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to healthcare and payer operations.
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare workflows.
- Provide expertise in Provider Network Management (PNM), including provider onboarding, credentialing, and network optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements within Salesforce.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Salesforce tools.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, especially Health Cloud and Omni Studio (optional but preferred).
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare or Payer environments.
- Experience with Provider Network Management (PNM) processes and systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Omni Studio (formerly Salesforce Industries).
- Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud, Business Analyst, or Administrator.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
