The selected candidate will assist with payroll processing, employee record maintenance, onboarding administration, and high-volume data entry while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain employee payroll information within payroll and HRIS systems
- Review employee timesheets, attendance records, and payroll adjustments for accuracy
- Assist with payroll processing activities and payroll discrepancy resolution
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical employee personnel files
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Coordinate employee record updates, status changes, and compliance documentation
- Perform high-volume and accurate data entry
- Organize, scan, file, and maintain sensitive HR documentation
- Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and external partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
