Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of woodworking and carpentry. This role supports project managers and field teams by coordinating schedules, materials, documentation, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day construction project activities, schedules, and timelinesServe as a liaison between project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendorsAssist with project planning, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentationSupport procurement of materials, with an emphasis on wood products, millwork, and finishesReview drawings, specifications, and shop drawings related to woodworking and carpentryTrack change orders, RFIs, submittals, and punch listsMonitor job site progress and help resolve scheduling or material issuesEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirementsMaintain accurate records, reports, and project logsSupport quality control efforts to ensure workmanship meets company and client expectationsRequired Qualifications2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in constructionWorking knowledge of woodworking, carpentry, or millwork processes and materialsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction software is a plusStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively with field and office teamsPreferred QualificationsBackground in residential, commercial, or custom woodwork construction projectsExperience supporting multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar platforms)OSHA certification or construction safety trainingWork EnvironmentCombination of office and active construction job site settingsOccasional travel to job sites may be requiredAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and perform site walk-throughs
