What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Citi Staff?
IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a company that specializes in all types of coatings including powder, Teflon, Xylan and BCS bakeware located in the city of Anaheim, CA.
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Position Responsibilities:
Processes incoming and outgoing orders utilizing computer software program
Able to resolve non-routine customer inquiries and complaints
Communicates with customers regarding order status and any other inquires via email or telephone
Monitors customers questions and complaints and acts as a liaison between customer and various company departments
Enters new work orders in system
Enters all orders in production schedule, reviews and determines sequence
Communicates with and supports Production on updates, changes to work orders
Works closely with production and shipping & receiving in regard to product and shipping status
Takes an active role in advancing the company’s mission and core values
Essential skills and experience:
Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer orientation
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced setting
Compensation: $24/hr.
