Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile banking transactions and assist with financial records
- Process payments and print checks
- Perform general administrative duties including filing and document management
- Communicate with clients via email and phone (English & Spanish)
- Assist with basic accounting functions
- Support payroll processing for drayage operations
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems (Fleet Enable / Fleet Manager)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to operations team
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, email communication, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable working overtime when needed
