IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and a desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a California-based company providing turnkey solar energy solutions, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), along with permitting and maintenance to enhance sustainability, located in Irvine, CA.
- In office 5 days a week from 9am - 2pm to begin with the possibility of taking on more hours after 3 months if needed.
- Customer-facing with excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft office suite required with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with social media.
- Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls on company phone
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Ordering and managing meals/events for internal team and clients
- Digital and physical organization of company files. Organizational skills a must.
- Vendor coordination
Compensation: $20.00 /hr. DOE
