Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Officer to support weekend security operations at a commercial property in Earth City. This role involves conducting routine patrol checks, monitoring site activity, and helping maintain a secure and professional environment during daytime operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and capable of working independently while following established patrol procedures and site expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled patrol rounds using both vehicle and walking patrol methods
- Check building access points, gates, and perimeter areas for proper security
- Observe parking lots, common spaces, and exterior areas for suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Identify and report hazards, unauthorized access, or property damage
- Respond to onsite situations according to company and client procedures
- Maintain accurate daily reports, patrol records, and incident documentation using TrackTik
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch personnel, and site contacts
- Present a professional appearance and visible security presence during assigned shifts
- Follow all site-specific instructions, company standards, and post orders
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to maintain a consistent weekend schedule
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Reliable communication and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
Preferred Background
- Previous experience in mobile patrol, private security, or related work
- Active Unarmed Security License preferred
- Familiarity with electronic reporting platforms such as TrackTik
- Experience working at commercial, warehouse, or industrial properties is beneficial
Work Setting
- Combination of mobile patrol driving and walking inspections
- Indoor and outdoor responsibilities depending on patrol assignments
- Extended periods of standing, walking, or driving may be required
- Weekend daytime assignment within a commercial property environment
