Position Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrol checks at assigned construction locations
- Drive between properties using a company approved patrol vehicle
- Inspect gates, perimeter areas, equipment storage sections, and active work zones
- Watch for unauthorized activity, safety concerns, vandalism, or property damage
- Maintain a visible security presence during scheduled patrol rounds
- Record patrol activity and complete incident documentation accurately
- Report concerns, hazards, or unusual activity to supervisors or dispatch
- Follow all client instructions, patrol procedures, and company standards
- Operate vehicles safely while complying with traffic and safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license required
- Safe and responsible driving history
- Ability to work consistent 12-hour weekend shifts
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable attendance and professional work habits
- Previous experience in patrol, security, or field-based roles
- Familiarity with construction sites or industrial environments
