- Drive between assigned locations and complete scheduled patrols
- Conduct on-site checks, including buildings, perimeters, and access points
- Respond to alarms, service requests, or disturbances when needed
- Follow site rules and post orders at each location
- Watch for unusual activity, safety concerns, or property damage
- Write clear daily logs and incident reports
- Maintain a visible presence during patrols to help deter unwanted activity
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record based on company standards (MVR review)
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile patrol or a similar role
- Ability to work overnight hours across multiple locations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
