Primary Duties
- Lead and support overnight patrol officers assigned throughout designated districts
- Verify patrol assignments are completed according to operational requirements
- Monitor shift activity and review patrol documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Perform field inspections and spot checks at assigned locations
- Assist with schedule coordination and coverage adjustments when operational needs change
- Respond to field-related issues, incidents, or officer concerns during the shift
- Maintain communication with management, patrol personnel, and site contacts
- Document incidents, staffing updates, and operational concerns in a timely manner
- Support enforcement of company procedures, site instructions, and patrol standards
- Promote professionalism, accountability, and consistent field performance
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card with firearm endorsement
- Previous experience in patrol, security, or team leadership roles
- Strong verbal communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to remain productive and attentive during overnight 12-hour shifts
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct required
- Prior supervisory experience within security or patrol operations
- Experience overseeing officers across multiple sites or service areas
- Familiarity with reviewing reports, coordinating schedules, or conducting field inspections
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
