Citadel Construction is seeking a dedicated full-time Site Superintendent for an on-site role in Appleton, WI. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations for construction projects, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are rigorously upheld. Responsibilities include managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project progress, addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring the project stays on budget and on time. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to provide timely project updates.

• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and site coordination
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control standards
• Strong leadership skills to manage crews and collaborate with subcontractors
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills for ongoing interaction with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in construction software tools is a plus
• Previous experience in construction management or supervisory roles is required
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
