• 10 or more years of industrial experience as an expert in CNC machining and welding fabrication with a proven track record of site leadership to oversee our high-precision field projects are requirements to be considered
• Oversee high-precision field projects with 80–90% North American travel. We offer a unique leadership opportunity managing long-term project sites (3–6 months) with a schedule designed to ensure you get home for the weekend every few weeks
• Pay is $100,000 - $140,000 for a well-qualified candidate plus per diem and bonus
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Responsible for handling projects from start through finish
• Communicating with the customer, other departments, suppliers and vendors
• Organizing when the product will be shipped out in the field
• Ensuring installations go smoothly
• Working hands on with the other employees
• Working with and dealing with customers and customer issues
• Traveling 80% to 90% in the United States, Canada and Mexico

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Possess the ability to travel 80% to 90% of the time (all in the United States, Mexico and Canada whereas onsite projects will be 3 to 6 months at a time but this person will be home weekends every 2 to 3 weeks)
• 10 years of field experience in a management role
• Experience with CNC machining, welding, and fabrication is essential
• Must have a clean criminal background due to customer safety policies
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes of the company's location
