Compensation is built around production and retention.
You'll have a $50,000 base salary.
On new business, you earn 50% of the agency's commission for anything you write.
On renewals, you earn 30% of the commission on your book.
The model rewards both bringing in business and keeping it.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
Possess or be willing to obtain a Minnesota Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.

Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
Proficiency with basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new software.
Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Develop and present customized insurance proposals that address individual client circumstances.
Guide clients through the application and quoting process with clarity and support.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse client base.
Handle policy inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients.
