Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 1 year of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
- Experience with an agency management system (EZLynx is a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Preferred
- Commercial renewals and marketing experience
- Experience supporting producers in a fast-paced agency
- Comfort managing multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day service for commercial accounts
- Handle endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, and policy changes
- Prepare complete, accurate renewal strategies and submissions
- Review quotes and help build clear client proposals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and carrier partners
- Document activity accurately in EZLynx and agency systems
- Prioritize tasks and follow timelines to keep work moving without delays
